Job Description Job Description Preferred Hospice is a well-established hospice with 5 offices across the state of Missouri including Columbia, St. Louis, Farmington, Dexter, and Ozark. We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will perform regulated Face to Face visits to assist the Medical Director and Interdisciplinary Team to recertify the patient for hospice services.
