How the Partnership Works — In 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Let's Connect
Reach out or schedule a meeting to learn how we support senior care providers like you. We’ll review your service offerings, care levels, and availability so we can confidently recommend your services when there’s a match.

Step 2: Receive Pre-Screened Client Referrals
Once we understand your care capabilities and ideal client profile, we’ll begin referring pre-screened families to you. We handle the intake process with each family and only refer those aligned with your services and values — saving you time and increasing conversion.

Step 3: Seamless Client Transitions
We work with families every step of the way — from care evaluation to move-in or in-home service coordination. Our hands-on support means that families arrive confident and prepared, and you receive a client who’s ready to begin care without delay.

Referral Fee Structure

We believe in transparent and fair compensation for our partners:

• Senior Living Communities: 70% of the first month’s fees upon move-in.
   
• Home Health Agencies: Flat referral fee based on tier of care (e.g., companion care, personal care, skilled nursing). Fees are agreed upon in advance and invoiced after service begins.
